1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to gcup4. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the gcup4 platform, available at gcup4.biz ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing bets, or claiming any bonus — you immediately agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Member Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

Each gcup4 member is only permitted to have one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited, and gcup4 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any winnings or bonuses obtained from those accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identification document (MyKad, passport)
• Exact date of birth
• A valid and active email address
• An active Malaysian mobile number
• A Malaysian bank account number for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for keeping your gcup4 account password confidential. All activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed using your login credentials — is your responsibility. Please contact gcup4 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

5 Withdrawals

Gcup4 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal: RM 50,000 per day for regular users; higher limits apply for gcup4 VIP members.
• Processing time: 10 minutes for withdrawals below RM 10,000; 24–48 hours for amounts exceeding RM 10,000 (subject to KYC verification).
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same name as the gcup4 account.
• Before making your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process by submitting a copy of your MyKad and proof of address.
• Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the rollover conditions are fully satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Gcup4 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members making their first deposit only. One bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.

• Match cancellation: If a football match or real-world sports event is cancelled or not completed in accordance with the applicable rules, gcup4 will refund the bet to the member's account balance in line with the relevant cancellation policy.
• Virtual Sports: All gcup4 Virtual Sports results are generated by RNG and are final. No appeals regarding Virtual Sports outcomes will be entertained.
• Live betting: Bets placed during a live match are subject to system verification. gcup4 reserves the right to void Live Betting wagers accepted in error due to technical faults.
• Maximum bet limits per sports event are set by gcup4 and may vary depending on the sport type, match category, and the member's membership status.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gcup4 platform. Violation of any of the items below may result in permanent account suspension or closure and forfeiture of the account balance:

• Registering or maintaining more than one gcup4 account
• Using software, bots, or any automated method to play or place bets
• Abusing the gcup4 bonus system, including "bonus hunting" through multiple accounts
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes
• Using insider or unauthorised information to gain an unfair advantage in Sports Betting
• Any attempt at hacking, cyberattack, or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities on the gcup4 platform
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources for deposits
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process

10 Responsible Gaming

Gcup4 cares deeply about the wellbeing of all members. We believe gambling should be enjoyed purely as entertainment — not as a way to generate income or resolve financial difficulties.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that a member does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., under 18 years of age)
• False or inaccurate registration information
• Activity suspected of involving fraud, collusion, or money laundering
• Upon request by Malaysian legal authorities

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of the Terms, any cash balance (excluding bonuses) in your account will be refunded within 30 business days via your original payment method.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting gcup4 support. Such requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12 Liability Limits

Gcup4 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions beyond gcup4's control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in keeping your password confidential
